REFUNDS POLICY:
Please note, for returns made due reasons other than Imainila’s mistake i.e – wrong product, faulty or damaged merchandise, a CREDIT NOTE will be issued. This credit note can be used in future to make a purchase on our website. We are unable to make a cash/credit/bank refund for such cases.
In the event of a mistake from our end, Imainila will make a 100% refund of the price paid for the merchandise.
- All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your Debit / Credit card / Net Banking / PayPal account will be credited upon processing of the returned merchandise, and the credit should appear on your next statement.
- You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
Refunds of Out of Stock Items:
Imainila will refund full payment if the customer has paid for products that are listed on the website but which are out of stock. In these cases, the Customer Service Team will send an e-mail to the customer, and on obtaining his consent initiate the refund process.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Once an order has been placed, currently there is no provision to cancel it. Please ensure you check your Order Details Prior To Confirming It.

Pricing
The prices displayed for products on our website are in Indian Rupees. The prices represent the full price of the product which does not include the taxes. Taxes will be calculated on the checkout page.
